For greater stability there are 4 M6 screws at each corner on the upper and lower surface, while in the central one there are 2 corner screws, to support, for example, a 30/35 kg mixer.
The mobile steel shelf has a thickness of 8/10, AISI 304 2B food grade steel equipped with two sturdy hinges with a safety lock (if one is accidentally unlocked, the shelf will not fall until the second hinge is unlocked).
The top is equipped with three reinforcement omegas fixed with tack in six points each, to make it sturdy and allow the hinges to distribute the weight.
The painted mobile shelf is supplied only in embossed anthracite colour, it has the same characteristics as the steel one, but the material is FE-630-B.
The mobile condiment shelf is made of 15/10 AISI 304 food steel, supplied with a fixing hinge with safety lock and condiment food trays with caps to be able to store the containers in the refrigerator once they have finished using them.
A steel handle is included for practical movement.
