    Bring the art of Neapolitan pizza to your home with the calory forni CF62M MASTRO MEK raised oven, which provides impeccable results for baking all kinds of leavened products: from classic Roman pizza to pan pizza to focaccia, or panettone and bread.
    Thanks to its raised oven, it is particularly suitable for baking modern - high-edged, airy - canotto style pizza, but of course it is also suitable for baking all authentic and classic pizzas, panettone, bread and other leavened doughs.
    It allows for professional baking performance even in its compact size. Thanks to its mechanical control, it is extremely simple and easy to use. The temperature can be adjusted independently (between 0 and 480 degrees) on the upper and lower heating elements. The electric heating elements are made of corrosion-resistant AISI 316L stainless steel, which makes them more durable and resistant to high temperatures.
    The large baking chamber dimensions (41 x 36 x 18 cm) allow you to bake all kinds of pizzas (Neapolitan, Roman, slate, pan, pinsa, focaccia and even the extra wide 36 cm diameter "ruota di carro" cart wheel), leavened products, bread, pastries and panettone, as well as the convenient movement of the paddle for turning the pizza.
