It allows for professional baking performance even in its compact size. Thanks to its mechanical control, it is extremely simple and easy to use. The temperature can be adjusted independently (between 0 and 480 degrees) on the upper and lower heating elements. The electric heating elements are made of corrosion-resistant AISI 316L stainless steel, which makes them more durable and resistant to high temperatures.
The large baking chamber dimensions (41 x 36 x 18 cm) allow you to bake all kinds of pizzas (Neapolitan, Roman, slate, pan, pinsa, focaccia and even the extra wide 36 cm diameter "ruota di carro" cart wheel), leavened products, bread, pastries and panettone, as well as the convenient movement of the paddle for turning the pizza.
